The well known and respected business that I run today was established in 1936 by my father William Smithson. My father handed over the running of the business in 1981 and just to keep it in the family, my son Mark joined me 10 years later to maintain the unique service that only Smithsons can offer.

Our Caravan storage business specialises in secure caravan and motor home storage as well as vehicle parking. We also provide boat mooring on the adjacent Trent and Mersey Canal offering easy access to Kidsgrove town and the railway station.

The extensive fuels business caters for just about every requirement. Here we supply a wide range of gas bottles for caravan, bar-b-que, patio heaters, and domestic uses, dispensing gasses for the pub/hotel trade, and coal and smokeless fuels both loose delivered to Your store and pre packed for the cash and carry customer.
